
I was lucky to spend one more day and Monday night in Charleston with Alena who was a great host and we even got to do a much-needed pilates lesson at her studio, Mindful Body. We did a lot of walking and it was easy to see how similar Charleston and Savannah are.

So I've really been trying to eat like the locals do;
Shrimp and Grits is 'Low Country" cuisine and this dish was tasty at
Poogan's Porch, a really cozy restaurant.

I see these reminders in the most random places all over the cities I've been to, good motivation to keep on going...
