On Tuesday morning I took 160 to the Four Corners National Monument, the only place in the United States where four states meet.
The flags were at half mast in observance of Veteran's Day. There are low-lying booths all around the monument selling wares by the Native Americans who's reservations are nearby. Not too much going on a November morning...
The exact point where all four states meet.
Killing (visiting) many birds (states) with one stone (trip).
The cheapest monument I've encountered thus far, well worth the $3, this is a must see people...
I live on Nantucket Island and just came back from a three month cross-country road trip, covering all four coasts. This was supposed to be a travel blog but I think I'll continue on for awhile. Thank you for visiting Port and Starboard!
